Gentadox Med
Wide-spectrum antibiotic (powder)
Composition :
Each 1 gram contains :
Doxycycline Hydrochloride 100 mg
Gentamicin (As sulphate) 100 mg
Properties :
Gentadox is a combination of Gentamicin and Doxycycline, it is active against bacteria sensitive to these drugs. Gentamicin acts locally, while Doxycycline is well absorbed and distributed.
Indications :
Used for the treatment of infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria,
that cause Pullorum disease, CRD complex, and Colibacillosis in poultry and in the treatment of Pneumonia and Enteritis in calves and lambs, and in the treatment of infections caused by Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, and Rickettsia.
Dosage :
– Poultry: 500 gm / 1000 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Withdrawal Period :
Meat from treated animals shouldn’t be used during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment.

– Store in airtight containers, and protect from direct sunlight.
