Composition
Each 1 ml contains :
Sulfadimethoxine Sodium 200 mg
Trimethoprim 40 mg
Excipients ad. 1 mL

PROPERTIES:
SulfatrimBiomed is a drug that contains two antimicrobials:

Sulfadimethoxine Sodium is a Folic acid synthesis inhibitor, coccidiastatic, readily absorbed and distributed.
Trimethoprim potentiates the effect of Sulfadimethoxine and inhibits the enzyme in the folic acid pathway therefore inhibiting bacterial thymidine synthesis.

INDICATIONS:
For the treatment of infections caused by sensitive organisms, used in the case of Shipping fever complex, Calf diphtheria, Bacterial pneumonia, and Foot rot in Cattle,Sheep, and Goats.

DOSAGE:

(For intramuscular administration)
Cattle, Sheep and Goats:
1 ml / 10 kg of live body weight daily for 3 consecutive days.
( Do not exceed dose more than 30 ml per animal )

REMARKS:
In case of allergy, stop treatment Do not use in case of, sulphonamide intolerance, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction

SAFETY PERIOD:
▪ Meat from treated animals shouldn’t be used during treatment and within 12 days from the last treatment.
▪ Milk from treated animals shouldn’t be used during treatment and after 12 milkings.
